Vidifix Payments may not be used in relation to any of the following:

  • Activities involving any weapons, ammunition, military arms, explosive devices and firearm parts

  • Adult entertainment, websites & content (such as)

  • Adult book stores, video stores, toys

  • Any products on the internet containing graphic or nude content

  • Audio (phone sex and adult phone conversations)

  • Companion/escort services or dating services (sexually-oriented)

  • Fetish products

  • Membership, clubs, subscriptions

  • Prostitution

  • Gentleman's clubs, topless bars, and strip clubs

  • Video (web-based sexually-oriented video)

  • Airlines (including airlines “nested” under another entity)

  • Animal and wildlife products, such as animal parts, pelt, ivory and/or skin

  • Auctions, bidding fee auctions (or penny auctions)

  • Bail bonds

  • Bankruptcy lawyers

  • Betting and gambling, including:

  • Legal gambling where the cardholder is not present when the bet is made as well as for the direct purchase of wagers/chips via payment card

  • Lotteries, including online lotteries

  • Sports forecasting or odds making

  • Internet gambling

  • Business or investment opportunities operating as “get rich quick schemes” (e.g., real estate purchase with "No Money Down", government grants)

  • Chain letters

  • Collection agencies or firms involved in recovering or collecting past due receivables

  • Counterfeit goods/replicas or those infringing on intellectual property rights, including those designed to infringe on such intellectual property (i.e., knock-offs, imitations, bootlegs)

  • Credit repair/restoration or card protection (including identity theft protection)

  • Cruise lines (including cruise lines ”nested” under another entity)

  • Cyber lockers, cloud storage, and file-sharing services

  • Data pass (merchants up-selling or cross-selling products to other merchants and then sharing the cardholder data with the third party or receiving cardholder data from third parties)

  • Debt consolidation and mortgage reduction/consulting services

  • Drugs, tools specifically intended for the production of drugs, drug paraphernalia, Illegal drugs, CBD, Hemp, substances designed to mimic illegal drugs, and/or other psychoactive products (e.g., K2, salvia divinorum, nitrate inhalers, bath salts, synthetic cannabis, herbal smoking blends, herbal incense, and HCG/HGH-like substances)

  • Embassy, foreign consulate, or other foreign government

  • Escort agencies/massage parlors / sexual services

  • Essay mills/paper mills (i.e., ghostwriting services that sell essays, term papers, etc. with the intent that the purchaser will submit documentation as to their own)

  • Fake references and other services or products that foster deception (including fake IDs and government documents)

  • Fantasy sports leagues where participants receive cash or cash-equivalents or prizes with/of material value (e.g., electronics, travel, gift cards, cards, etc.)

  • Financial services/money service businesses, including:

  • Provider or seller of prepaid access/stored value*

  • Quasi-cash

  • Cash advances (by non-financial institutions)

  • Issuer/seller/redeemer of money orders or traveler’s checks

  • Check cashers

  • Virtual currency or e-wallet or e-money that can be monetized, re-sold or converted to physical/digital goods/services or otherwise exit the virtual world

  • Money Transfer

  • * Open-loop & closed-loop prepaid access includes gift cards, phone cards, subway cards, college campus cards, game cards, and other limited-use prepaid access devices when the value can exceed £2,000

  • Games of skill where participants receive cash or cash equivalents or prizes with/of material value (e.g. electronics, travel, gift cards, cards, etc.)

  • Illegal products or services or any service providing peripheral support of illegal activities

  • Independent financial advisers (IFA), payday loans and unsecured loan/lines originating from non-FDIC insured banks

  • Jammers or devices that are designed to block, jam or interfere with cellular and personal communication device/signals (e.g., GPS), decryption, and descrambler products including modchips, spy devices/services/software.

  • Mail order spouse and international match-making services

  • Marketplaces

  • Merchants engaged in any form of deceptive marketing practice including but not limited to:

  • Hidden Disclosure

  • Bogus claims & endorsements

  • Pre-checked opt in boxes

  • Refund/Cancellation avoidance

  • Poorly disclosed negative options

  • Merchants offering substantial rebates or special incentives (e.g., free gift, prize, sweepstakes, or contests) as an inducement to purchase products/services

  • Negative response marketing techniques by any type of merchant (i.e. the customer is automatically charged if they don’t return the merchandise at the end of a free trial period)

  • Merchants utilizing tactics to evade Card Brand excessive chargeback monitoring programs

  • Merchants that have ransom-like or extortion-like basis for their business model (e.g., mugshot removal)

  • Multi-level marketing

  • Pets and other live animals, including endangered/threatened species, protected birds and sharks

  • Private medical practices and e-doctors

  • Medical devices (including prescription medical devices such as contact lenses)

  • Products or services specifically offered or intended to be used to create drugs or grow ingredients for drugs (e.g.,'grow shop’ products, seeds for cannabis plants, etc.)

  • Pyramid selling

  • Timeshare and timeshare maintenance

  • Trade of weapons, ammunition, military arms, explosive devices, and firearm parts

  • Paying fines or penalties of any kind

  • Prescription medicines and pharmaceuticals.

  • Products designed to circumvent copyright protection techniques or to otherwise facilitate the unlicensed use of copyrighted materials (e.g. ‘mod-chips’ to break the encryption of game computers to enable the playing of unlicensed copies of games

  • Products or services that promote hate, violence, discrimination, terrorism, harassment or abuse

  • Providing gambling services in jurisdictions where this is illegal or (where applicable) offering gambling services without a valid license to the relevant jurisdiction

  • Real estate purchases and / or real estate advertising publications

  • Security brokers and investments of any kind, like the purchase of securities, currencies, derivatives, commodities, shares, foreign currencies, options, other financial instruments or precious metals

  • Services associated with pseudoscience (e.g., clairvoyance, tarot cards, horoscopes, fortune-telling, etc.)

  • Social media “click farms” (i.e. the sale of clicks/likes/reviews/endorsements on social media sites)

  • Tattoos and microneedling

  • Telemarketing companies

  • Third-party payment processors/aggregators/payment service companies (e.g., bill pay service, crowdfunding, peer-to-peer payments, commissary accounts), payment facilitators, ISO's and other Internet payment service providers (IPSP) / member service provider (MSP) / fulfillment houses, shipping/forwarding brokers

  • Tobacco & Alcohol product, Businesses selling age or legally restricted products or services (including e-cigarettes)

  • Restricted Products or Services

  • Payments may only be used in relation to any of the following with express written approval. This approval may be withheld or revoked at our discretion should your products or services pose a risk to our business and/or reputation.

  • Business service companies, such as payroll services, invoicing services and consumer services

  • Car sales/importers, car parts and/or car advertising publications

  • Charities

  • Door-to-door sales

  • Extended warranties

  • Products or services related to political or social campaigning

  • Pseudo pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals and food products or other digestible marketed via-unsubstantiated and/or unlawful health or medical claims (e.g., food supplements, vitamins, weight-loss, anti-aging, muscle-building, hair-growth, sexual-stimulant supplements, colon cleansers, detox products)

  • Specific cosmetic products that claim extreme results (anti-wrinkle, skin repair, etc.)

  • Ticket agencies

  • Travel and holidays

Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is made between (hereinafter “CLIENT”), and (hereinafter “Producer”).To produce (hereinafter “PRODUCTION”) We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that we both know what is what, who should do what, and what happens if things go wrong. In this contract, you won't find complicated legal terms or large passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. We do want what's best for the safety of both parties, now and in the future. 

CLIENT is hiring to produce the services for the estimated total price as outlined in our previous correspondence.

What do both parties agree to do?

As our customer, you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organisation. You agree to provide us with everything that we need to complete the project including text, images, and other information as and when we need it, and in the format that we ask for. You agree to review our work, provide feedback, and sign-off approval in a timely manner too. Deadlines work two ways and you will also be bound by any dates that we set together. You also agree to stick to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract. 

We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need from us and we will carry them out in a professional and timely manner. Along the way, we will endeavor to meet all the deadlines set but we can't be responsible for a missed launch date or a deadline if you have been late in supplying materials or have not approved or signed off our work on-time at any stage. On top of this, we will also

maintain the confidentiality of any information that you give us.


Video Production

We will create designs and concepts for the look-and-feel, of your video. This includes any motion graphics that are included in the quote. All information regarding the PRODUCTION needs to be submitted to before productions commence. Any omitted information or additional information regarding the PRODUCTION given after the first day of submission may cause changes to the final project. If this occurs will have the right re-quote the project adding the additional information in the quote and will adjust the price if required.

Agreements must be made by all parties before production begins.


Text Content

We're not responsible for writing any text content unless we specified it in the original estimate. All text content must be supplied and written correctly. We are not responsible for any misspelling or grammatical errors in the text provided to us. Any proof revisions due to misspelled or incorrect text will not be covered outside of the change credits allowance stated in each plan. If additional changes outside of the agreement are required at the estimated price of the final project corrections will be billed at £30 per hour, min of 1 hr. 

Videos, Photographs & Additional Material 

If otherwise stated you will supply us materials either in digital form. If stock material is to be used we will search out appropriate material from various stock footage sites. All any and all costs for stock material outside of the agreement will be billed at cost to the client. Any

proof revisions due to incorrect or undesired material will not be subject to any additional charges. 

Changes and revisions

We know from plenty of experience that your first idea about how something should look, or how it might work. We don't want to limit either your options or your opportunities to change your mind. If you do want to change your mind that won't be a problem, you will be charged the rate set out in the estimate we gave you. Along the way, we might ask you to put requests in writing so we can keep track of changes. All projects are subjects to change credits unless stated otherwise. 

Technical Support

If you have any problems implementing the video to its final destination we can provide technical advice and assistance within 14 days after final delivery. After which there is an hourly rate of £30 per hour. (Unless otherwise stated in the quote) If your video was intended to be broadcasted on television and you are having trouble with the network accepting or receiving your video we will work with you and or the network at our standard hourly rate of £30 per hour until the video is delivered (Unless otherwise stated in the quote.) The hourly rate will not be waived due to the following issues: wrong compression format given to or incorrect or faulty information regarding the broadcast station delivery specs. ALL BROADCAST STATION DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS MUST BE SENT TO IN WRITTEN FORM. This is to protect the CLIENT and to assure has the correct information before we start.
Any minor updates the PRODUCTION after completion will be billed at a rate of £30 per hour unless we provide you with a specific quote regarding any changes.

Legal Stuff

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.


You guarantee us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the web site or video production are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them. 

When we receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

You own the graphics and other visual elements that we create for you for this project. We can provide you with a copy of all files and you should store them really safely as we are not required to keep them or provide any native source files that we used in making them once production is complete.  All future use of the material whether sold, published, broadcasted, or used as a reference will include credited information of creators from both parties.

We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so we also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on web sites, in magazine articles, and in books about web design and video production.


We are sure you understand how important it is that you pay the invoices that we send you promptly. You agree to the following payment schedule:

100 % Due at Delivery (Balance Including any additional charges, ie stock material and additional revisions beyond agreed in this contract.

This Contract is not transferable and becomes void upon completion of the final project. If this contract is terminated by the client for any reason other than non-performance by or reasons stated above will result in full payment of the services provided to the date of termination. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed.
